This warranty applies to all Aethelsohn watches purchased directly from our official website or through an authorized retailer, and presented for service in any country.
Warranty Coverage
Your Aethelsohn watch is covered by a 24-month international warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, under the conditions outlined below.
How to Claim Warranty Service
To request warranty service, you’ll need to:
- Present proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Register your watch online (if applicable)
- Contact our support team at Aethelsohn.care@outlook.com or visit an authorized service partner
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or negligence
- Wear and tear on battery, crystal, case, strap, or bracelet
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Water damage resulting from improper crown handling, opening the case, or exposing the watch to extreme temperature or steam
- Products with missing or invalid proof of purchase
- Transferred ownership (warranty applies only to the original purchaser)
What We’ll Do
If your watch is found to have a valid manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace the defective part free of charge at our discretion.
Repairs or service after the warranty period will be subject to a standard service fee.
Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs related to returning the watch for warranty service, including packaging, insurance, and tracking.
We recommend shipping via insured and trackable courier.
Processing Time
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the date we receive your watch for inspection, repair, and return. Timeframes may vary depending on the nature of the issue.
Additional Notes
- This manufacturer’s warranty is independent of any seller warranty and does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
- The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
