Shipping Policy

We’re committed to delivering your order safely and promptly. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing Time

All orders placed on our website are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery.


Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer a simple, flat $8 shipping fee for all orders.
This charge will be applied automatically at checkout with no additional hidden costs.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, trade shows, temporary addresses, or construction sites.

 

Pre-Orders

If a product is marked as a Pre-Order, a future shipping date will be shown clearly on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held and shipped together based on availability.

If no pre-order date is mentioned, your item will ship as normal within 3 business days.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders within the U.S. arrive within 8–10 business days. International delivery times vary by location.

All timeframes are estimates based on typical courier performance. External factors like customs processing, extreme weather, or local disruptions may affect delivery timelines.


Refused or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address information, refusal to accept delivery, unpaid customs duties, or failure to collect from a local courier, we will issue a refund once the package arrives back at our warehouse. However, the refund will be deducted for both the original and return shipping costs, as well as any customs or handling fees incurred.


Lost Shipments

If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your building reception.

If there’s been no tracking update for more than 7 business days, contact our support team. Lost shipment claims must be submitted within 30 days of dispatch, as couriers may not accept investigations after this period.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us on the same day your order is placed (before 5:00 PM PST).

  • Same-day cancellations or changes (model or address) are free.

  • Cancellations after this period, once the order has shipped, will incur a 5% processing fee, a $8 initial shipping fee, and a $8 return shipping fee if the package needs to be recalled.
