Refund Policy
We want you to feel good about your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges -- No Quality Issue
1 You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
2 Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
3 Only one return or exchange is allowed per order. Items can only be exchanged for the same style and color.
4 If the return is due to personal preference, sizing, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping
- A $25 original shipping fee
- A 5% transaction fee (covers transaction costs)

Free gifts (if included) must also be returned in original condition.
5 If the returned product shows light signs of handling such as missing inner packaging, slightly creased straps, or small scuffs, but is still resellable, a $60 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
6 Products that show clear signs of use or wear including visible scratches, damaged straps, or altered sizing are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges --Quality Issue
1 If your product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, we’ll cover return shipping and waive all additional fees.
2 Quality-related returns must be:
- Reported within 30 days

3 Please note: Damage caused by misuse, third-party repairs, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
What Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item is used, damaged, modified, or no longer in resellable condition
- The item was part of a final sale or promotion with no-return terms
- You removed the protective films or creased the leather strap
- The return is initiated after 30 days
- The purchase was not made through our official website
How to Start a Return

Wait for a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Ship the product securely, with your return number clearly included.
Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
Refund Timeline
- Once your return is received and confirmed to meet our conditions, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
- Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 7–15 business days to appear.
- Refunds apply to product value only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of quality-related issues.
